Silesian Activity Development Centre #FundsEU or #FundsEuropeanFundsThe Centre for Business Solutions Foundation is still recruiting for the project "Silesian Activity Development Centre", which is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Silesia Programme 2021 - 2027. The aim of the project is to increase the level of socio-professional activity and employability of 48 adults (28 women, 20 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, remaining unemployed, residing in the area of the Silesian Voivodeship, by 28.02.2025. Within the framework of the project there will be implemented free of charge services (for each person determined individually):- Individual diagnosis of needs of Project Participant with elaboration of IŚR- Individual psychological and social counselling- Block of soft social competences- Block of digital competences- Block of soft professional competences- Comprehensive and individual job placement- Job placement- Mentoring and supported employment- Training for staff To participate in the project we invite in particular:- Persons experiencing multiple social exclusion- Persons with disabilities- Persons benefiting from the OP PŻ- Persons excluded in terms of communication Planned results (outcomes) to be achieved in the project after its completion:- Number of persons whose social situation improved after leaving the programme - 48 persons (28K,20M)- Number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme - 45 persons (26K,19M)- Number of persons working, including those running self-employment activity, after leaving the programme - 10 persons (6K,4M)- Number of people looking for a job after leaving the programme - 18 people (11K,7M)- Number of people whose social situation has improved according to the planned reintegration path - 48 people (28K,20M)- Number of trained employees - 5 (4K,1M)EU funding of the project: 735 319.70 PLN Value of the project: 865 082.00 PLN If you want to keep up to date with information about the next steps, visit the project website www.scra.crb.lublin.pl Return to news
