The Business Solutions Centre was certified in the ISO 9000:2015 standard on 15.06.2021. ISO 9001: 2015 is a quality management system in which the most important pillars are customer requirements, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The quality management system describes the processes that create and control the services provided to the customer to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met. The dynamics of change in today's economy and the growing awareness and demands of consumers are forcing modern organisations to continuously improve service quality. The most popular tools supporting these processes are efficient management systems built on international standards. Receiving such a certificate confirms the high quality of services provided by the Centre for Business Solutions.
The Centre for Business Solutions on 02.10.2018 in accordance with the resolution of the Board of the Polish Chamber of Training Companies No. C/51/18 was accepted as a member of the Polish Chamber of Training Companies. PIFS is the largest trade organisation of training and consulting companies from all over Poland, its members include more than 300 companies and organisations. They include beginners and experienced, training companies, universities, NGOs, consultancies, coaching or e-learning, with a full range of topics. The Polish Chamber of Training Companies also advocates the interests of the industry, offers quick access to the latest high-quality industry information and organises numerous workshops and thematic seminars.
On 04.11.2022. The Centre for Business Solutions became a member of the Association of Associations of the Forum of Lublin Non-Governmental Organisations (FLOP).
FLOP is an ever-expanding regional cross-industry federation of NGOs in the Lublin region. The umbrella organisation has 65 member organisations in the Lublin Voivodeship. FLOP's guiding idea identified in its communication with key stakeholders is - PARASOL FOR NGOs.
FLOP's mission is to act for the development of civil society and civic dialogue, to advocate the interests of the civic sector and to create a platform for the development of intersectoral cooperation and to strengthen the federalization process in the Lublin region.
Business Solutions Centre has been a member of the Union of Employers of the Lublin Region since 01.02.2023. The Union of Employers of the Lublin Region has existed since 2002 and brings together entrepreneurs from the Lublin region. The Association aims to protect the rights and represent the interests of employers in Lublin, influence the formation of social policy and legislation, support organisation and education among employers. The union carries out many activities to help employers, such as popularising economic, legal, organisational and management knowledge, inspiring economic initiatives or organising advisory teams.
As of 25.05.2023, the Business Solutions Centre is a partner of Inclu(vi)sion. The aim of Inclu(vi)sion is to support and promote the employment of people with disabilities in an open, inclusive, accessible work environment, on an equal basis with other employees/females. In addition, among other things, it seeks to increase the employment rate of people with disabilities, identifies and promotes good practices in the area of employment of people with disabilities, develops and supports solutions for the acquisition by people with disabilities of competences and qualifications that are deficient on the labour market, or supports research to identify relevant barriers and opportunities in the vocational activation of people with disabilities.
The Centre for Business Solutions belongs to the List of Signatories of the Lublin Partnership for Accessibility of 21 April 2023, it is the first stage of the project "Lubelskie Accessibility Leaders to START" carried out by the Union of Associations of the Forum of Lublin Non-Governmental Organisations in partnership with the Lublin Forum of Organisations of Persons with Disabilities. The signatories of the Partnership are guided by the idea of accessibility and equal treatment, in order to create an opportunity for all people, including people with disabilities, the elderly and those with special needs to function independently and on an equal footing with other citizens. The Partnership is strategic in nature and represents an intention to work together for accessibility and equality.
The Centre for Business Solutions became a member of the Employers' Club operating at the Municipal Labour Office in Lublin on 12.05.2021. The purpose of the Employers' Club is to build a network of partnership, cooperation and support in the local, Lublin labour market between the office and entrepreneurs. Members of the Employers' Club support local employment by creating and maintaining jobs and supporting entrepreneurial attitudes, contribute to the development of the local community through the implementation of the city's strategic objectives and shape the city's social policy through the comprehensive use of their competences.
As of 25.05.2021. The Centre for Business Solutions joined the Lublin Public-Social Partnership. The mission of the Partnership is to promote local development, build civil society and combat social exclusion on the labour market. The Partnership bases its activities on partnership cooperation of local administration, non-governmental organisations and business entities, as well as other people who identify with its mission. Currently, the partnership has nearly 60 members and is still expanding.
The Vocational Competence Certificate (VCC) is a unified system of education and certification of professional competence. The Centre for Business Solutions is certified as an Education Academy as well as an Examination Centre, enabling lifelong learning in line with EU recommendations. VCC partners cooperate with the VCC Foundation, as well as with Regional Academies, bearing in mind the expectations of employers and preparing society for learning and using modern technologies. The Business Solutions Centre is authorised to organise and deliver examinations under the ECCC European Certificate of Digital Competence. The ECCC sets the standard for IT user competence and includes basic, intermediate, advanced and expert levels. The ECCC also divides user competence multilevelly into areas and module. The Information Technology area includes the certification modules: Computer Hardware and Software, Document Editing, Spreadsheet Computing, Databases, Multimedia, Information and Communication Technology, Mobile Technology and Business Graphics. The Digital Competence area includes modules in: Information, Communication, Content Creation, Security and Problem Solving. The Technical area includes the module Two-Dimensional Design and Spatial Design. The Industry area includes the following modules: e-Learning, Health Services, Tourism Services, Multimedia in Teaching, Computer in Early Childhood Education, e-Office, e-Marketing, Interactive Technologies, Graphics for Photographers, Robotics, Workflow Management, Information Security, Green Office and Enterprise Planning and Tracking. The IT area of the ECCC Certification includes: Programming, Computer Graphics, Web Application Development and Robotics Programming. The variety of areas and levels of certified competence allows you to match your level of knowledge and skills to employers' expectations. The MY PERSONALITY SKILLS Foundation has implemented the validation of learning outcomes and the certification of basic, transversal and vocational skills in response to market needs. The validation methods used by the MY PERSONALITY SKILLS Foundation comply with generally accepted validation standards and are adapted to the real needs of employers and learners, regardless of the time and method of learning. In its approach to the validation process, the Foundation takes into account the needs and preferences of adults who have already completed their formal education, but are still improving their skills through self-education or non-formal learning and want to obtain objective confirmation of the results obtained. Skills certification is a response to the Integrated Skills Strategy 2030, which also includes lifelong learning planning and skills validation in its various impact areas. Labour and education market actors honour MY PERSONALITY SKILLS certificates as a credible, objective and reliable validation of market qualifications. The ICVC CERTYFIKACJA SP. Z O.O. created a comprehensive and detailed system for confirming vocational qualifications (including qualifications for the purpose of measuring ESF monitoring indicators for obtaining qualifications). The coherent ICVC qualification system was developed on the basis of its own experience, on the basis of an analysis of the labour market, on-going contacts with employers and in response to the report announced by the Provincial Labour Offices, as part of a nationwide survey: "Profession Barometer", carried out on behalf of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy. The Centre for Business Solutions is authorised to organise examinations in the ICVC system. The ICVC system is a standardised qualification process based on clear procedures and criteria, which guarantees the full, verifiable impartiality of the qualification process. An ICVC qualification culminates in an ICVC Certificate, which certifies the skills and social competences of the certified person, obtaining an ICVC Certificate is equivalent to obtaining a formal qualification for a profession. The ICVC scheme offers qualifications in more than 60 occupations in areas such as administration and services, shipping and transport, information technology, quality management, accounting and human resources, care education and catering.
The Centre for Business Solutions is authorised as a provider of development services. As of 29.12.2017. CRB obtained an entry in the Development Services Database of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development as an institution providing development services, which entitles it to provide both advisory and training services for SME companies and co-financed from EU funds. The aforementioned entry is a guarantee of the high quality of services we provide for you, therefore we encourage you to browse the BUR. As part of the Business Solutions Centre, we run the Career Development Centre (CRK), which was entered in the Register of Employment Agencies (KRAZ) as of 24.11.2016 under the number 15159. This entry entitles us to provide job placement, professional and personal counselling and temporary employment agencies. As part of CRK, we provide vocational and personal counselling and job placement services for people looking for work or wishing to change their current place of employment.

As part of the Business Solutions Centre, we run the Competence and Qualifications Development Centre (CRKiK), which was entered in the Register of Training Institutions (RIS) as of 21.09.2015 under registration no: 2.06/00128/2015. This register is kept by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and the certificate we hold was issued by the Provincial Labour Office in Lublin. As part of CRKiK, we provide training services for people who are unemployed or who want to raise, change or acquire competences and qualifications.
