Examinations and certification
The current situation on the labour market obliges both employers and employees to keep up with current trends and to continuously supplement and expand their competences. Certification of the VCC, ICVC and ECCC standards responds to current needs and allows qualifications and competences to be validated.
From the employer's point of view, a job candidate with a VCC, ICVC or ECCC certificate has well-defined and verified qualifications, which will allow him to do his job more efficiently and effectively and the employer to gain more profit. From the employee's point of view, on the other hand, it allows him to increase his chances on the labour market and to be an attractive and competent candidate for an employee.
The Business Solutions Centre, which runs the Competence and Qualifications Development Centre (CRKiK), has a number of authorisations to validate training completed with VCC, ICVC and ECCC certification.
