One of the basic principles of the new educational strategy is to put the individual at the centre of the LLL (Lifelong Lifewide Learning) policy. Its effectiveness is measured at the level of the individual rather than the collective or the whole system. This is why it is so important to apply differentiated, tailored training methods to learners.
