As a training specialist you will be responsible for:
- Working on training projects, including those co-financed by the ESF
- Creation and preparation of training offers and tenders
- Maintenance of training records
- Preparation of timetables for ongoing training
- Organisation and comprehensive logistical support for training
- Co-operation and constant contact with clients and contractors
- Cooperation and continuous contact with lecturers and trainers
- Recruitment of trainees
- Conducting promotional activities
In the aforementioned position we will require you to:
- Higher education
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience related to the training industry
- Active B driving licence (prerequisite)
- Ability to work/cooperate as part of a team
- Independence and ability to organise work
- Commitment and responsibility
- Punctuality and reliability in carrying out assigned tasks
- A positive approach to life
- Initiative and creative energy
- Cold blood
