One of the basic principles of the new educational strategy is to put the individual at the centre of the LLL (Lifelong Lifewide Learning) policy. Its effectiveness is measured at the level of the individual rather than the collective or the whole system. This is why it is so important to apply differentiated, tailored training methods to learners. One of these is one-to-one training provided by civic organisations such as associations or foundations.
Such an approach takes on particular relevance for people who are fully independent (adults, economically independent). It aims to organise, support or facilitate learning in different forms, places and at every stage of life. Every such person should have the opportunity to acquire new competences, have them assessed and validated in accordance with the concept of learning outcomes (open approach to qualifications), i.e. regardless of place, learning mode or age, but only on fulfilment of the requirements.
Today's modern, dynamically developing world requires a constant readiness for professional reorientation, also at the end of our working lives, which, in any case, due to demographic changes, are becoming longer and longer. The above-mentioned phenomena require employees to continuously improve their key competences, acquire new ones and professionalise those already acquired.
As such, our Competence and Qualifications Development Centre offers customised training, tailored to your preferences, in which we provide:
Identification of training needs
Individualised and tailored training type and programme
